All Procedures required to ensure the quality of the products and to meet requirement of standards, to include all the activities and procedure required from the inputs and outputs of process and quality control assuring to include raw materials, glue and others to the final product by using the advanced devices in accordance with scientific standards and standards procedure.
- Raw material and chemical testing procedure
- Characterization and testing of process inputs and outputs
- Visual testing of boards, testing of board thickness, density, and size.
- Testing of board physical and mechanical properties
- Final testing of finished board during finishing line, packing, storage and dispatch to customers
